  Visited the Grill House again for a family occasion (6 of us). Once again, Makarem made sure that we had a perfect experience.
We had a range of starters... read more - Kebbeh, Hummus (best I’ve ever had), Calamari & Haloumi & everybody was really happy with them. For the main course we had combinations of the Seafood platter & the Mixed grill. They were done perfectly on the grill & were so tasty. You also have the bonus of BYOB. The coffees (especially the Turkish) on offer are really good also. The place was packed and there was a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. We will return (again and again).

  Just the perfect sharing menu to catch up over...adventures for the tastebuds and so very accomodating when we wanted to taste it all!

  Craving Middle Eastern food and didn’t have time to venture to Shouk, so tried this place. We had chicken shawarmas-kids liked the sweet potato fries and calamari. Fatoush salad passed,... read more but wasn’t the best one I’ve ever had. The shawarmas let themselves down because the bread was store bought. I didn’t even eat it! The chicken was also over cooked.

Maybe we should have tried the “specials”, which included crab claws. The bread let the place down so much that I didn’t even attempt to try the baclava, as I was afraid it wouldn’t be homemade either.

The waiter was very friendly and gave the kids lollipops. The decor is lovely too and gives a nice ambience if you want to transport yourself to the Middle East for an hour!

The home made flat bread is so fresh, not too doughy either. Just perfect. Grilled marinated meats served on skewers hanging from a hook, all very authentic and fun. efficient and friendly, laid back atmosphere. Other dishes looked amazing as they came out from the kitchen - grilled seafood, marinated lamb chops. Shawarma and authentic salads. It’s BYO and they don’t charge corkage fee!
Worth the visit for sure and then some more!
